However, in the unforeseen circumstance that you are not entirely satisfied with our services, we offer a comprehensive refund policy under certain conditions. This policy outlines the situations under which we will issue a refund. By subscribing to any of my Digital Marketing services, you acknowledge and agree to all the terms and conditions stipulated within this policy.
Eligible for Refund:
Frequent Missed Deadlines: If our production team consistently fails to meet agreed- upon deadlines, you may be eligible for a refund.
Miscommunication: In cases of miscommunication by our account managers or sales representatives, a refund may be available.
Underperformance: If our team demonstrably fails to deliver on the promised results, you may be eligible for a refund.
Project Inaction: A refund may be issued if our team fails to initiate work on your project within a reasonable timeframe.
Work-Related Delays: You may be eligible for a refund due to unforeseen delays caused by our internal operations.
Non-Refundable Situations:
Client-Initiated Changes: Refunds will not be granted for projects cancelled due to a change of heart on the client’s will.
Client-Caused Delays: Delays resulting from the client (e.g., late content delivery) do not qualify for a refund.
Completed Projects: Once a project is finalized and uploaded to the designated server, are fund cannot be issued.
Scope Creep: Requests exceeding the agreed-upon project scope are not grounds for a refund.
Refund Processing:
All approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days of the cancellation date. The refund will be issued through the same payment method used during initial purchase.

We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time without prior notice. We encourage you to revisit this policy periodically to stay informed of any changes.
Unmet Deadlines & Underperformance:
For situations involving missed deadlines or underperformance, a thorough review by our Quality Assurance team will be conducted before a 100% refund is granted.
